Requirements

  • Required language(s): Mandarin (Must can Speak & write, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Preferably Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh grads also can apply
  • Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory bodies' requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, HR software etc.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures.
  • To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees' job confirmation, transfer, promotion & contract renewal.
  • Update and maintain employees' profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records and staff insurance.
  • Maintain and support Admin & HR policies, processes & strategy to support efficiency and sustainability of company.
  • Maintain and evaluate office assets, equipment, supplies i.e. uniforms/pantry/company gifts, furniture and fixtures, insurance renewable.
  • Handling clerical and administrative duties such as monitoring cleaner, office stationary and supplies, office equipment maintenance etc.
  • To work closely with management and colleagues to improve work relationships, build morale, and productivity including training coordination and company events.
  • Provide HR relevant reports as when required.
  • Maintain admin records and filling system.
  • Communicate and deal with the relevant internal department and Insurance Company etc on matters pertaining to the claims related queries.
  • Conduct Orientations / Exit Interviews & coordinate for new hires / leavers.
  • Coordinate training for staff according to ISO standards.
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by the Management from time to time.
