Requirements

Clique Clinic is a new concept healthcare and aesthetic clinic, aimed to provide a comfortable experience for customers, emphasizing on high quality medicine with an exceptional customer care treatment. 

We provide a full range of preventive, acute and medical services through an integrated medicine approach with strong evidence base. On top of that, Aesthetic Medicine is widely practiced here. We take pride in making you look and feel your best. Our non-surgical treatments can offer a makeover for your face, skin, body and hair to attain a presentable and confident you.

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Admin or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Generalist HR.
  • Knowledgeable with current HR practices and Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act and other employment statutory related requirements.
  • Language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment and on-boarding process.
  • Perform the full spectrum of payroll functions and ensure payments are calculated efficiently and paid out in a timely manner.
  • Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify, sourcing and arrange training course for employee to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities required to increase the performance of the employee.
  • Maintaining and updating HR related records and systems.
  • Prepare HR reports to support decision making and strategic planning.
  • Review existing processes, workflow and documentation, recommend improvement / solutions and enhancement to increase productivity.
  • Manage administration tasks such as IT related matters, clinic licenses, employee insurance, uniform, building maintenance, stationery, miscellaneous purchase and etc.
  • Manage and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management.
  • Implement HR strategies and practices in compliant with company regulations, policies and labour laws.
