Requirements

 
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • MUST be able to read, write and understand MANDARIN and ENGLISH
  • Posses basic Microsoft skills (especially Excel)
  • Take self-initiative in working, can work in team and individually
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8am-5pm)
  • We welcome SPM/ UEC school leavers / graduates

Responsibilities

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Monitor stock control and production plan
  • Assist in preparation for deliveries
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
