Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with Autocount/Shopee/Lazada seller centre will be an advantages

Responsibilities

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor documents despatch and received
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Handle Sales processing activities and documents
  • Assist in generating sales documentation
  • Assist in administrative activities
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
