Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management /Business Admin Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Have knowledge in Industrial Relations practices, Labour Law and latest Government regulations.
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature).
  • Must be Creative & Extrovert
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Admin / Clerical 


  • Assist in stationery / planning activities / refreshment order; company insurance, security and cleaning management.
  • Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties such as planning event & activities , create PowerPoint slides
  • Giving operation support to business operation and sales team department.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders;
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks when required by the Management.
  • Develop, review and revise job descriptions and specifications as required.

Other HR Functions


  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including Screening, Interview, Selection and Offering.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing through networking, candidate database etc.
  • Develop creative and innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, position specifications and requirements.
  • To support other HR functions including but not limited to Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development and Employee Relation & Industrial Relation.
  • To assist in implementation and update of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
  • To assist in performance management process e.g monitor staff confirmation and performance appraisal.
  • To perform ad-hoc HR duties and admin tasks as assigned,
