Requirements

  • Good at communication, patient, Logic thinking
  • Strong adaptability, quickly learner for daily information input via CRM system, preferably those who have used Salesforce or similar systems
  • Basic data processing
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, word, PPT, Outlook
  • Bachelor degree or above 
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese in reading and writing
  • At least 1 year customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Work as bridge between Asia buyer and representative of subscription customers, provide consulting service and proper translation service for both.
  • Follow SOP and keep all records in CRM system. Collect survey and status update from consumers.
  • Guide potential buyers to increase the possibility of closing deal.
  • Help provide WeChat group chat support for specific customers to get closely connection with Aisa buyers.
  • Record all WeChat group activity in CRM System and provided trackable notes.
  • Capable of finding process flow during daily work, summarize and report to team manager for improving work efficiency.
