Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma/ Degree holders with relevant working experience
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English & Mandarin combined with good  interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shift basis
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Short Notice/ Able to join immediately

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls in a prompt courteous manner.
  • Exercise First Call Resolution.
  • Work with the support team to ensure service level requirements exceeded.
  • Work with customer to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded
  • Leading workflow distribution and floor management to ensure service levels are satisfied
  • Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries, as required
  • Responded to customer inquiries and requests and resolved issues efficiently and professionally.
