Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration / Marketing
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Administrative Support and Accounting or equivalent.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized and able to work independently.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Required language: English. Cantonese, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Accounting software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate will act as Account Cum Admin for this job position.
  • Responsible in overall office administration tasks including daily data entries and sales support.
  • Issue quotations, invoices and receipts for clients.
  • Follow up for collections.
  • Ensure all the financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • To ensure proper filing of office documents
