Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years working experiences within e-commerce environment with proven commercial track record to meet or exceed targets and goals.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of the eCommerce platforms and online partners would be essential.
  • Deep understanding of the internet, ecommerce, direct sales and marketing knowledge would be essential.
  • Able to work independently
  • Well organized, fast, accurate and disciplined
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Self-motivated, Proactive, Confident and team player
  • Preferably specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Executive

  • Making sure information, promotion and details in all online marketplace and website are up-to-date.
  • Assist all E-Commerce Marketplace on marketing activities and promotion including execution of online campaigns.
  • To be able to arrange back to back online campaigns, online promotion and online marketing.
  • To be able to manage and plan for online campaigns, online promotion and online marketing.
  • Familiar with basic function of Ecommerce market place (Shopee & Lazada)
  • To compile and analyze daily, monthly sales report, campaign report as well as tracking of all online campaign.
  • Experience in digital marketing such as FB ads.
  • Assist E-Commerce team on marketing activities and promotion including execution of online campaigns.
  • To be able to arrange online partnership, sponsorship with attractive online campaigns.
  • Planning and operation are required.
  • To communicate online consumer’s enquiry.
  • Understand the Singapore market and ask to plan out marketing strategy.
  • To support and update E-Commerce team daily operation.

 

AND/OR

 

Senior E-commerce Executive

  • Develop growth strategy, executive and optimization of all marketing initiatives through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximizing speed and effectiveness of customer acquisition.
  • Develop, implement and analyze ecommerce strategy in order to improve website and marketplace performance.
  • Participation in the development of online marketing campaigns.
  • Design, develop customer activation and engagement campaigns (including KOL)
  • Review and analyze campaign creatives and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of users' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements.
  • Develop e-commerce platform strategy to drive revenue, and maximize reach and impact through this new business channel.
  • Manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels & platforms, continuously working on enhancing the ROI.
