Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • 3 years of experience in retail industry
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of company.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and set clear team goals.
  • Planning and implementing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
  • Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a customer comes first attitude.
  • Foster excellent customer service for all customers by connecting with the customer and applying Apple customer experience expectations.
  • Managing store operations, organising and assigning tasks and duties to store staff.
  • Monitoring and provide feedback to all staff on their overall performance.
  • Conducting staff performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Listening to and resolving customer complaints, communicating issues or conflict to District Manager.
  • Motivating team members, recognising high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Act as a manager, coach and mentor to all staff in store.
  • Ensure all employee adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure the cash handling policies are being adhered to at all times.
  • Listening to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Delegating and managing tasks and set deadlines for store team.
  • Monitoring store security cables and demo devices to be in good conditions all the times.
  • Monitoring and maintaining store and back room cleanliness and condition.
  • Lead by example in customer service and portray the right attitude at all times.
  • Ensure training of staff is a priority and support all training programs rolled out by the Company.
  • Actively engage with subordinates and all channel within the Company by providing input and feedback.
  • Additional Store Leader duties may be assigned as and when needed by District Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Maintaining and upholding all company policies and standards.
