Field of Studies: At least a Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or related field.
Years of Relevant Work Experience:
Preferred 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related position.

Handle a full set of accounts, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Credit control and cash flow monitoring
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepare financial statements and summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status by providing updated accounting reports, monthly management reports, and accompanying schedules, worksheets, and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports.
Produce budget according to schedule.
Assist with tax audits, tax returns, and annual external audits.
