Requirements

Sales Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.

 

Customer Service Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

 

Product Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of the products being sold and the ability to explain their features and benefits to customers.

 

Sales Targets:

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

 

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

 

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.

 

Flexibility:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Physical Stamina:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers.

 

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.

 

Product Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of the products being sold and be able to explain their features and benefits to customers.

 

Merchandising:

  • Ensure that products are displayed attractively and that the store is clean and organized.

 

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving and restocking merchandise.

 

Cash Handling:

  • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently

 

Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
