Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance, Accountancy or others related field.
  • Passionate with business operation and has minimum five (5) years operation management experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Effective leadership and good team player.
  • Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to SAP/ERP would be an added advantage.
  • Required professional membership: ACCA, CIMA, CPA
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage credit note end to end process.
  • Lead bad stock return process (market return).
  • Lead AR collection process and be the champion on the process to be effective and efficient.
  • Lead and manage customers dispute process.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as and when delegated, i.e., back up function, process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
