Providing customer care activities for defined client via phone, social media platform and walk-in enquiries.
Able to explain products and features to customers in details.
Able to deal with customers of different personality at ease and eventually lead to sales.
Able to perform basic computer data entry.
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
Familiar with company products and features
Well-verse in identify personality of customer and potential customer
Familiar with the sales and psychology tactics
Offer full range of customer service to clients by phone, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and walk-in enquiries. The offered customer service should be of highest quality – accurate, polite and competent.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
Knowing the products and services in and out.
Deliver presentations on products and services to clients.
Perform simple photo & video shooting for social media posting purpose.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Submit the periodical and ad hoc reports on time (sales order, daily payment collection etc) to the management.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and social media ads respond.
Collaborate with the team member to achieve better results.
Additional responsibility may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
Attend to any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Improve communication abilities through interactions with customers.
