Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven supervisory or Team Leader role in call centre managing a team of 10-15 agents.
  • Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both read, verbal and written).
  • Customer service experience with exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
  • An open, flexible, and team-oriented personality

  • Good in analytical skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance

Responsibilities

  • To assist Operation Asst Manager/ Manager
  • To support business’ activities for improving quality and contribute business growth
  • To support and enable CX team to achieve KPI in productivity
  • To motivate, coach and inspire CX team to achieve the SLA
  • To handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team member as necessary
  • To ensure all CX team understand the company policy, management procedure, and the use of systems & telephone
  • To monitor CX team attendance
  • To ensure the team and daily tracking report are update and accurate
  • Hires and trains CX team.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
