Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in e-commerce especially market place (Shopee, TikTok and etc.).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, and best practices.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

 

Responsibilities

Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.  
  • Collaborate with web developers to implements necessary updates and improvements.

 

Product Management:

  • Upload and manage product listing on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

 

Order Processing:

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing system.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders.

 

Payment Processing:

  • Oversee the payment processing system and work to ensure a secure and efficient payment gateway.
  • Monitor and manage online payment transactions.

 

Customer Experience:

  • Focus on providing an excellent customer experience throughout the entire purchasing journey.
  • Implement customer service strategies to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to make improvements.

 

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Implement promotional activities, discounts, and special offers to drive sales.
  • Utilize online advertising and social media platforms to increase visibility.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

 

E-commerce Platform Optimization:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best pratices.
  • Implement strategies to optimize the e-commerce platform for better performance and user experience.
  • Experience in Shopify platform or others platform.

 

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure that the e-commerce platform complies with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Implement security measures to protect customer information.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce efforts with overall business objectives.

 

Budget Management:

  • Manage budget for e-commerce operations, marketing campaigns, and technology investments.
