1 year of experience in Business Admin, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other related field applicable
Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in a related field
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Effective communication skills
Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers via online platforms
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
Interacting with customers to solve their problem
Help customers navigate through our online store and assist with product selection
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and tailored support
Daily tasks will be handling customer enquiries, website update, and social media posting.
Able to try more and do some ad-hoc tasks if needed by management.
