We are seeking a highly motivated, Aggressive, Result Oriented & detail-oriented Key Account Executive to join our dynamic E-Retail team. The Ideal candidate will be working together with internal team and external team.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs. 

Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Explore new online business opportunity, and Present products to prospective clients.
• Ensure monthly sales target is achieved and collection of payment
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
• Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
