Requirements

  • Able to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction by utilizing the capability to put yourself in the customer’s shoe, empathy, identify issues, and recommend for changes or solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and always challenging yourself to be better.
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
  • Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Having excellent spoken and written skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Fast typing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & customer service industry.
  • Ready to work in shift rotations (AM/PM/Midnight shifts) based on business needs.
  • Willing to work on public holidays and weekends according to the shift/roster arranged.
  • Candidates with working experience in retail industry are mostly welcomed. 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to all live chat received from E-Commerce Marketplaces (Lazada & Shopee), Facebook Pages & Group. 
  • Convert potential leads into happy buyer with proper sales approach & awesome experience thru multiple channels.
  • Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services that brings added value to customer. 
  • Assist in returns or warranty claims for customers.
  • Assist customers in daily inquiries and investigations (Google, YouTube are your best friends).
  • Escalate issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to customer and update them on any escalated issues, trying our best to make them happy.
  • Participate in customer happiness improvement initiatives to continuously pursue our vision of providing future shopping experience.
  • Provide speedy service to customers by assisting them before and after sales, teaching them how to use the product, as well as guiding them the purchase process and delivery tracing.
