Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma & above
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Able to work overtime (for special occurrences)
  • Passionate, hardworking, initiative, and trustworthy worker
  • Can speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa English (Able to read in Mandarin will added advantages) 
  • Got experiences in retail transaction, invoicing will be added advantages
  • Got high discipline and able to follow rule and regulation

Responsibilities

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Monitor documents dispatch and received
  • Monitor inventory flows and status
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Helping Accounting Assistant / accounting Executive to perform account & documents related tasks.
  • Perform all ad-hoc jobs given by management
