Requirements
- Liaise with auditor, company secretary, Tax agents, insurance, bank and other statutory bodies on external and internal accounting matters.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): analytical ability, Time management, Leadership, Critical thinking, Mathematical and deductive reasoning, Organization and attention to detail
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to use Autocount system or other related accounting software
- Able to do full sets account (Have Inventory management related account experiences)
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.
- Have high disciplinary and good Punctuality
- Able to organize tasks in systematic ways and good filing documents skill
Responsibilities
- Handling full set account
- Maintains / Update databases by entering data through accounting software
- Responsible on costing & inventory accounting
- Verified accuracy of all accounting transaction in accounting system
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Handle accounts payable and ensure invoices are paid according to credit term
- Preparation of journals and reconsolidate GL accounts.
- Producing accurate financial reports to meet specific deadlines
- Maintaining systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documentation to ensure confidentiality
- Managing budget, cash flow and expenditure
- Perform financial analysis for company decision making purpose
- Perform other related duties as required by management
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment;
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of other accounting staff;
