Requirements

Responsibilities
- Acts as a link between the customer and the sales team.
- Assist salesperson upon request
- Handling inquiries about products including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
- Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Handling sleek flow, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages
- Assist TikTok live chat messages upon request
- Update stock count in the system
- Follow-up on customer orders
