Requirements
- Prior experience working in food & beverages industry / restaurant / hotel
- Good customer service and working attitude
- Able to work in team
- Hygiene
- Own a transport (motorbike or car)
- Stay nearby Nilai / Bangi / Kajang is preferred
- Experience working in American / Western food environment is preferred
- Experience as coffee barista, prepare mocktails and beverages
Responsibilities
Kitchen Crew:
- Perform food preparations, cook and plating for food
- Maintain food quality and hygiene
- Perform opening and closing of kitchen
- Clean kitchen areas and cooking utensils
- Follow restaurant SOP and guidelines
Service Crew:
- Perform opening and closing of restaurant
- Arrange and make up tables, condiments and cutleries
- Greet customers and provide great customer experience
- Take orders and ensure orders are entered in the POS system correctly
- Oversee customers' tables and ensure food are sent to table within acceptable time
- Take orders for delivery from Merchant Terminal (Food Panda, GrabFood and etc.)
- Take and record in the system for customers' reservation e.g: Birthday Celebration
- Perform cash register closing
- Perform stock take, inventory check and ordering
- Attend customers queries online (via Whatsapp, Facebook, IG, Tiktok and etc)
- Able to produce creative and fun social media contents
