Requirements
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate & SPM level are encourage to apply
- Energetic, a good team player
- Good complexion with pleasant customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in beauty products/skin care/cosmetics sales will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude & responsible character
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
- Familiar with hands-on facial
- Willing to work retails hours (shift work, weekends & public holidays)
- Passionate and interest in beauty industry
Responsibilities
Beauticians and related worker give facial treatments and give others kinds of treatment to individuals in order to improve their appearance.
Task include:-
- Giving facials
- Arranging appointments and collecting payments.
- To build and maintain good relationship with customers
- To provide professional treatment and beauty consultation
- To provide excellent and follow up service towards customers
- To monitor and follow-up to customers treatment and skin condition improvement
- Provide professional recommendations on skincare products, treatments and packages to customers
- Handle customers request & inquiries when necessary
