Requirements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving and changing digital environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively among the immediate team and cross-functionally across the organisation.
- Positive, solution-oriented approach to solving problems.
- Support function with other departments with marketing related tasks through work orders.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing design.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia when required.
- Have the curiosity and desire to continue learning about the digital landscape and provide your own insight in order to propose enhancements and increase customer experience.
- Your communication skills, both verbal and written, have to be spot on. Use appropriate language, spelling, and grammar at all times. Not shy to over-communicate.
- Working in an office environment, when required at a designated (co-)working location, as indicated by TYT.
- Strong spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be a huge plus.
- Adhering to KKLIU guidelines
Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials like packaging, print and digital collateral based on briefs and requirements.
- Consistently produce excellent visual works.
- Produce and select the best ideas to present to the team, company, and client.
- Develop creatives and other designs by using graphic design software to fulfil the requirements of different medias.
- Follow the use of appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic based on brand guidelines,
- and improve on the guideline where necessary. Establish a creative direction if a guideline does not exist.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs within the stipulated time (after aligning with cross-departmental function) after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Constantly monitor brands’ merchandise performance
- Communicating productively with management and colleagues to keep them up-to-date with project developments.
- Upload, refresh and maintain Design Pool for works produced.
