Requirements
Mandarin Teacher:
- Possess Early Childhood Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
Toddler Teacher:
- Possess Early Childhood Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Observe and cater to the unique needs and development of each child
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Guide children to develop their innate curiosity and love of learning while fostering independence and self-confidence
- Create lessons tailored to the pace and interests of each child
- Prepare and maintain classroom materials and environment in an orderly manner
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Establish clear communication channels with parents to keep them informed
