Responsibilities

  • Basic Collection of background.
  • Monthly management of property utilities billing.
  • Preparation of maintenance accounts.
  • Coordinating with outsourced maintenance providers and assisting with calls.
  • Supporting superior with ad-hoc tasks such as double checking owner property bills and coordinating with outsourced providers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior staff and colleagues
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks
  • Strong communication skills in delivering clear messages to superiors
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate accounting entries and document matching
