The Senior Solution Manager of BSS-Solutions will be responsible for growing the BSS-Solutions sales revenue across all commercial and industrial sectors in APAC region. The incumbent will work with our Subsidiary Companies and Large Enterprise Organization (LEO) to grow commercial accounts and deliver high quality solution offerings to our customers. In addition to P&L responsibilities, the Senior Solution Manager is also expected to lead a change management agenda in transforming the organization to be meet existing and future business challenges.
Develop BSS-Solutions organizational strategy, goals and key performance metrics in alignment with FUJIFILM Business Innovation corporate objectives
Oversee the development of solution products with Japan R&D and Subsidiary Companies
Work strategically with Large Enterprise Operations (LEO) and Business Planning leaders to forecast customer activity and resulting resource requirements; identify and manage resources allocation and needed employee skill sets within the areas based on forecasted work levels
Develop and execute operational strategy for solution business in Subsidiary Companies, including the delivery of expanded solution offerings in APAC region
Develop a consistent solution seeling and delivery capability across all Subsidiary Companies
Provide leadership in the monthly reviews on the assessment and forecast of Subsidiary Companies financial performances against financial and operational goals, and work closely with Subsidiary Companies to meet or exceed regional P&L targets
Lead by example in creating an environment that encourages open communication, sharing ideas and best practices, and building strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identify talents and develop them to take on future leadership roles in the organization
The successful executive candidate will have full P&L management with potentially diverse experiences offering:
Bachelors Degree with post-graduate qualification such as Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum 20 years of regional/global experience in large corporate environment, preferably in IT Services/Outsourcing industries
Demonstrated leadership in senior management positions within different functions such as sales and service delivery
Revenue focused with a strategic orientation towards account development priorities that drive high account market share.
Experienced in global project management and software development management
Must have a solid track record of effectively driving and managing change leadership;
Strong communicator, with ability to influence stakeholders and affect outcomes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think outside the box, multi task and work well under pressure, to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with senior business leaders
Ability to manage and mentor teams of various levels of skills and experience.
