Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Must be able to speak MANDARIN to ensure smooth communication with Customer support.
- Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company.
- Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill
- Candidate with SQL Knowledge skill is a plus point
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer
- Create/Update support ticket in Support Management System
- Follow-up and update customer status on raised ticket
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
