Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
