Requirements
- Tertiary education - Degree in Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Management/Electrical/Mechanical.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience is required. Preferably from manufacturing/metal fabrication industry.
- Possess knowledge and experience in industrial safety, sheet metal steel structure fabrication processes.
- Possess knowledge on Kanban/Lean Manufacturing Industrial 4.0 will be an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken in English & candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Good communication skill & managing people.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
Responsibilities
- To assist operations and overall quality system in production, material procurement, production planning and maintenance to meet the delivery.
- Manpower Capacity planning and improve production performance.
- Development of productivity, safety, quality, cost improvement strategies.
- Develop, motivate, coach and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies.
- Responsible for meeting production efficiency and volume targets.
- Prepare costing and assist in tender documentations.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the existing products.
- To provide technical support to clients whenever needed.
