Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience in chemical or fragrance or related industries
- Strategic thinking and planning while dealing with clients
- Sales prospecting and selling skills
- Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keeps up-to-date with developments in clients’ industries and new practices in the industry
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or local dialect will be added advantage
- Valid Driving License with own transport
Responsibilities
- Develop client-focused relationship to understand their needs so that proposed solutions address their issues
- Planning and supervising marketing operations, strategy, and execution of plans & projects to drive sales
- Be constantly informed of market trends and patterns, conducting competitor analysis and market research which aim to improve sales performance
- Committed to achieve sales target given by the company
- Provide regular reports of the market information and customer
feedback
