Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in purchasing, supply chain or food management related discipline, with at least 4-5 year of purchasing experience in food services procurement.
- Preferred industry experience would be in F&B or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as industry-standard contract terms and service agreements.
- Sound understanding of purchasing principles and its applications.
- Advanced analysis skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel program
- Strong team player with high commitment, integrity and
deadline-driven
Responsibilities
- Supporting buyers in the procurement process i.e from RFQ till awarding the tender, contract documentation & compliances.
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnership. To provide new product information/innovation ideas to business.
- Ensuring that internal inflation is lesser than external inflation in the category.
- Coordination with Vendors, Finance & HSE teams for addressing site related issue pertaining to supplies, quality & payments.
- Coordination with buyers, Business & CR team for implementation of CR Initiatives & reporting
- CR reporting, Inflation tracking, Market survey/benchmarking reports
- Collaborate with key stake holders in the organization to identify and drive new initiatives to improve quality and hygiene standards and improve business profitability.
