Should I stay in a company with a less strict boss, good title and empowerment with a salary that is lower than market rate, or should I get out of comfort zone & get a higher paid job in an MNC?
Current company is stable but development is stagnant, salary is below market rate. I have a good authority, title and empowerment from boss. But the team is not up to standard.
