Being asked, “Tell me about a time you had a conflict with your boss,” in a job interview can feel like a trick. Is the interviewer just fishing for reasons to disqualify you? Are they trying to hint

I just got into 2nd interview session with the boss and she asked me the same question. I've answered the question honestly, telling her that I am having conflict with my current boss almost every week during meeting. I told her having conflict is normal because we all have different point of views and we will have to align ourselves to the goal. Gladly to say I just got an offer from them recently. I think most importantly it's the way you answer the question. Hope this clear your doubt.

they acknowledge the potential in you to fill for that position. it's a psychology act. sort of the climax part. they won't bother to waste their time and yours to come this way. unless it's scripted by the company.
