At NYCX, we are using cultivated agarwood trees and sourced directly from our farm managed by our parent company - Dadvance Agarwood Solutions Sdn Bhd. Our agarwood raw materials are 100% natural from planting, harvesting to production and went through a strict selection process for quality assurance to make sure it is made of high-quality grade.
