Fujiaire (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was formed in 1989 by a Malaysian team of technical and marketing experts from the air-conditioning industry with technical assistance from Taiwanese and Japanese investors. The common goal was to develop a line of technologically advanced and innovative air-conditioning systems. In 1994, Fujiaire Sales & Services Sdn Bhd was set-up to undertake the sales and marketing of air-conditioners for the Malaysian market. Fujiaire has since pioneered several breakthroughs in air-conditioning systems. In 1996, Fujiaire is the first company to launch the innovative ionizer technology in Malaysia. And in 2003, Fujiaire launched a line of cutting edge air-conditioners with UV air sterilizers. From residential air conditioners to commercial air conditioners, there is now a full product range. Fujiaire’s reputation as a global market player has earned it a wide clientele from more than 20 countries including Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, South Africa, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines and other countries. This has also enable Fujiaire to win multiple awards including the prestigious Brand Excellence Award from the Malaysian government, Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 2006.
