MESSRS LEONG & CO. was established in January of 1983. During the firm’s initial years it primarily conducted corporate matters relating to banking including loan facility agreements and the conveyance of landed properties.

In subsequent years, the firm took on both non-litigious as well as litigious matters from corporate and commercial work such as company incorporation, formation of partnerships, probate, trust and wills to litigation matters in the area of banking, family law, landlord and tenant, sale of goods and other miscellaneous legal matters.

The conduct of both litigious and non-litigious work of the firm complements each other in that the firm is able to offer a “one stop” legal practice service to cater to the requirements of the clients.

The firm is also on the panel of several financial institutions.

The firm is supported by highly skilled and experienced legal staff who are comparable to para-legals. The firm’s legal staffs are also specially trained to liase with various governmental and non-governmental bodies to facilitate smooth running of the firm’s affairs and to attend to administrative aspects of a legal practice.
