IOU Pay (Asia) Sdn Bhd provides fintech and digital commerce software and services in South East Asia (SEA) to enable its institutional customers to securely authenticate end-user customers and process banking, purchase and payment transactions.

The Company’s core technology platform enables large customer communities to extend their information technology applications to any mobile device and integrate mobile technology throughout their existing business. The Company services 20 of Malaysia’s leading banks, insurers, telco’s in Malaysia and other large Corporates in Malaysia and Indonesia.

IOUpay’s focus is to continue building its merchant networks and transaction volumes to expand into higher value-added purchase and payment services for the merchant’s end-user customers. This includes uniquely packaged and discounted product and service offerings for big customer communities and smart short term revolving the company’s Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service, myIOU.

The Company, established in 2003, was formerly known as iSentric Limited (ASX:ICU) and later renamed as IOUpay Limited (ASX:IOU) in October 2020.
