DISA SYNERGY SDN BHD was setup on 24th August 2016, by launching a product under the FLEUR brand for car fragrances. Founded by Mr Suhaimi Saiful and Mr Rafik Dill, it was started with 2 people and currently has 15 permanent staff. In October 2018, FLEUR's change name to FLERR to strengthen the brand within Malaysia and widen our business to Asean countries. FLERR is a brand for car fragrances that initially have only 5 scent options and now have over 20 scents. Our car fragrances use liquid imported directly from Europe and been packaging and distributed throughout Malaysia. Our concept of selling is using Agent system to help new entrepreneurs who want to start off doing business through low capital. Currently we have almost 1,000 registered agent selling our product all over Malaysia. After 2 years in the market, FLERR helped a lot of new entrepreneurs by offering them an additional side income and also creating new phenomena in the car fragrance industry in Malaysia. Through FLERR, we have successfully penetrated the overseas markets in Southeast Asia, which can be found in Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and also Philippines. To capture Malaysia market by 2020, FLERR position itself to Air Freshener to produce more varieties to suit with daily customer needs.
