TheKatil was established in August 2014 as a hostel development and rental management company creating solutions around the needs of 18-35 yo working professionals. The company’s strategy is to provide lifestyle rooms to rent for working professionals to enjoy the room comfort & convenience within a like-minded community at one flat rate, which include utilities, wifi, aircond, hot water, shared facilities (living hall, kitchen, toilet and bathroom) and regular cleaning service.
