Its brilliant combination of flavourful soup with Chinese Wine “Shao Xing Hua Diao Jiu” 绍兴花雕酒 has made it one of its kind in the market. This recipe was an accidental discovery when one of the founders’ mother served a soupy rice dish at a gathering. The recipe reminds customers of home cooked noodles, hence, making the brand as one of the top comfort food choices. Incorporating the concept of “Peng, Leng, Jeng” 平、靓、正 (translated to Cheap, Quality and Tasty), Go Noodle House remains affordable despite being located at shopping malls.
