Always checking the on-hold orders, and deliver them in the shortest possible time period, especially those special order from factory. Eg: customized door, zinc roofing, ect.
Follow up with the purchase department if the special orders haven arrived on the estimated timing.
Oversee the planned maintenance vehicles and make sure every lorry is in good condition. Each lorry has to be serviced every quarter.
