This is a full-time on-site role as a Duty Technician at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The Duty Technician will be responsible for carrying out daily maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing technical issues, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are in proper working order. Additionally, the Duty Technician will be required to respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and provide excellent customer service.
