To assist and guide customers for the detail personal information for the arrangement procedure and consultation in the back in system.
Constantly to do follow up with customers on post protocols, after surgery/procedures and to always check with customers if there is any discomfort and to check with customers for the services understand postoperative discomfort, to explain precautions/downtime, to providecounseling and to understand customer satisfaction and service needs for hospital services.
To work closely with Korea’s team to coordinate all the customers’ arrangement and to provide all the detailed information to them.
