The successful candidate will report to the Facilities & Operations Manager & Site Incident Controller. The incumbent will be manage and oversee the bus operations in the following four key functions: School Bus Service (School to home, home to school), Excursion, Service and Activities Buses, School Vehicle Management and Logistic support for bus services
Ensuring that, in every respect, the College’s bus service for students is safe, cost-effective and efficient, that students behave themselves on the buses and that there is an effective system of communication with parents. A further key responsibility is to take a proactive role in observing and regulating the flow of traffic on campus, before and after school.
Liaise with Workshop to get an accurate vehicle diagnosis and provide professional advice for appropriate repairs servicing or technical assistance.
Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the customer's needs and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Keep customers updated and follow up with the progress of the work.
