Establish and maintain useful reports with the application of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Business Intelligence (BI) to analyze root causes of issues, thereafter propose improvement plans for desired forecast accuracy, service level and inventory turnover.
Closely monitor offtake against forecast committed and constantly engage with the sales and operations team to prevent under supply or overstock situations whilst maximizing potential sales in strengthening business performance.
Address demand-related issue in a timely and effective manner.
