The role of an Adjuster involves investigation, evaluation and management of Non-Motor insurance claims. The role will require to provide an efficient and high-quality claims handling service for various insurers. The role will be providing direct support to policy holders whilst reporting to their Insurers in respect to the claim investigation findings.
Key Responsibilities
To perform a Loss Adjusting function in respect of new claims and those already handled in the offices which have been delegated by more senior Adjusters. This will involve, but not be limited to:
